  This is our favourite Waitrose in the area. It's large enough to have a good range of products but not so large that it begins to feel like a warehouse. The hour and a half free parking is plenty long enough to shop and stop at the cafe, yet short enough still to ensure that there are usually some empty spaces at all but the busiest times. If it weren't for non customers parking there then there'd likely be a lot more space available. The current arrangement is still vastly preferable to the alternative of free parking only with a minimum spend. The food is always good quality and if you shop intelligently it really doesn't cost any more than other nearby supermarkets. The staff in the store have always been exceedingly friendly and helpful. The cafe is much improved since it went in-house. At busy times it could perhaps do with another person working there but otherwise it's fine. The toasties that they serve are delicious, if perhaps a touch on the expensive side.

  People who shop there are very stuck up even the employers who follows you arround an look down to you if you “dont look like other stuck up people” . Avoiding going there now. You have to treat all people with same respect. How miserable you must be to think youre something better if you shop in waitrose. Feel sorry for those people.
